What's the process of creating a package?

The main content of a package is a day by day itinerary summary plus photos. Our team then works out the rest for you using our integrations e.g. package cost.

See here for examples: https://caseytravel.com/examples/

You can either summarise your package in an email to us and let us write it up/publish or we can give you access to our package editor allowing you to take the reins yourself. Completely up to you.

What elements is Casey able to package?

We're able to package pretty much anything from flights, accommodation, activities/tours, car hire, insurance and even products.

Is there a minimum number of components per package?

No minimum per se – it's your package so ultimately up to you – but we would recommend enough to make it really valuable to customers.

That said, our mission is to be the go to place to book the best packages in the world. So quality is of utmost importance to us. If we feel a package doesn't meet this quality standard, we may decide not to publish it.

We generally suggest keeping it simple to begin with e.g. a short weekend package to maybe a European destination.

Where are my packages published?

We create a profile for all influencer partners automatically.

Here's Hailey's for example: https://caseytravel.com/author/hailey-domeck/

All your packages live on your profile since that's where we have integrations that allow customers to actually book your package.

That said, you can (optionally) make use of our Wordpress plugin to also publish your packages on a page on your blog if you have one. This is a nice way of allowing your readers to access all your packages in one place.

What's in it for influencers?

Given our partnerships, we're able to generate approx 10% of the total package cost in revenue. We then split this revenue 50-50 with the influencer that authored the package that was booked.

To give you a working example: let's say a package is $1000 per person and is booked by a couple. You can expect to receive $100 each time that package is booked.

So if you were to build up a portfolio of packages that are each booked multiple times per year, you can see how this can become a meaningful (passive) revenue stream for you and your business.

Are you compliant with the European package regulations?

Yes, fully. We are a member of the TTA, which allows us to offer 100% financial protection for all customers. This includes ATOL bonding, allowing us to issue ATOL certificates for all UK customers.
